At Flowplan, we help businesses in Horeca, vending, and commercial kitchens gain full control of their maintenance and water filtration.

Our IoT solution provides real-time insights into: Consumption  Equipment performance  Maintenance and water filter status We already work with international customers and are now scaling across Europe.

We want to change the way maintenance is handled withing coffee and commercial kitchen.

About the role

We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager to take full ownership of the Dutch market.

This is not a “maintenance role”.

You will build, own and scale a market from scratch.

What you’ll do

✔️ Own and develop the Dutch market end-to-end  
✔️Win new key accounts across Horeca, vending, and commercial kitchens  
✔️ Build long-term relationships with decision-makers  
✔️ Drive full sales cycle (prospecting → closing → expansion)  
✔️ Grow and expand existing accounts  
✔️ Represent Flowplan at industry events  
✔️ Deliver on revenue targets  

Who you are

✔️ 3–8+ years in B2B sales / Key Account Management
✔️ Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts 
✔️ Fluent in Dutch + English

️Strong network in:  
✔️ Horeca  
✔️ Vending
✔️ Commercial kitchens  

️Ideally experience with:  
✔️Water filtration / coffee / beverage / equipment
