Beam measures flow, pressure and temperature at the machine. To measure the litres on the line itself, an inline flowmeter fits with M8 screw connectors. It is ordered separately.

Every plan includes flow measurement, litre consumption, warehouse module, beer counter, cleaning calendar, consumption patterns and room temperature.
What does one machine cost in total?
Two lines, added together: the plan at 0, 10 or 20 kr per machine per month, and the Beam at 39 kr per machine per month. So one machine on Essential is 49 kr a month, and 100 machines is 4,900 kr. Above 500 devices we tailor the price.
Can we buy the hardware instead of leasing?
Yes, a Beam is 2,600 kr per unit with a 2 year warranty and 5 years of connectivity. We price this page on lease because the 2,600 kr only overtakes leasing at about 67 months, and by then both the connectivity and the battery need renewing anyway. Leasing carries unlimited warranty, unlimited connectivity and replacement batteries throughout. Buy when you need the hardware on your own books.
Is the price per machine or per site?
Per machine. A site with four coffee machines is four Beams and four places on the plan. Taps are the one exception, see below.
How are taps and dispense systems priced?
Per customer installation by how many taps the venue has, not per machine: 99 kr a month for one tap, 399 kr for eight, plus 150 kr of setup per tap. The table is on this page, and above eight taps we quote it.
What happens above 500 devices?
We tailor the price. There is volume pricing on large fleets, and it is set per customer installation.
Do we need Wi-Fi, wiring or an IT project?
No. Beam runs on its own SIM, off your customer's network, on a battery that lasts up to five years. Their POS and Wi-Fi are never touched.
Does it work on the machines we already service?
Yes. Beam is vendor-neutral and reads the meters and machines already on site, so a mixed fleet runs on one plan.
What costs extra?
Beam measures flow, pressure and temperature, and the extra sensors (temperature, on/off, pressure) come with Essential. To measure the litres on the line itself, an inline flowmeter is ordered separately.
Can a bar or a kitchen buy directly?
No. Flowplan is bought by the company that services the equipment, and they fit it, run it and invoice it. If you operate the machines yourself, we match you with a partner.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are in DKK excluding VAT.
